A little birdy, (Open to all) The Security guards and a poor little bird.

"Is it dead?" Luisiana asked staring at the little brown bird on the ground. A stray cat had left the bird on the Security Kiosk floor. The two siblings had keeled down to get a better look at it.
"It is. " Louisiene said poking the small corpse. "Poor thing, it looks like it suffered too." Luisiana looked over at his sister. "what do we do with it?" She shook her head. "Throw it away?"

Slowly, South Carolina made his way to the security kiosk, one small shuffling step at a time. Still in recovery from his anneurysm, he should be spending most of the time resting up for a week more or so, but getting out was actually helping him more.
Though he had been in quite the shocking pessimistic mood lately, and seeing something mangled up wasn't helping.

"Mm. Everything's dying horribly now a days, ain't it. No tellin' who's next or when." he muttered with a downcast face as he shuffled behind the siblings.

"Eh? Sc what are you doing up?" Louisiene walked over to the southern state to help him. "Why did you come here anyway? We didn't call for you or anything. "

"..." he didn't answer, instead he just looked bitterly down at the poor bird.

"Been layin' around too much.... restless I guess. Thought I'd visit." though it would be surprising if anyone wanted to be visited by him when he's being a grump like this!

"Well you should of told us you were coming." Luisiana said scooping up the tiny bird. "We would of helped you out."
Louisiene nodded. "Besides, we don't have any drinks or anything.

Charles looked like he wanted to stop him from messing with the bird, but bit his lip and stopped.

"Drinks?" he said curiously while lightly scratching at an itch under the layers of bandages on the back of his head.

"Yeah. Something other than bad hospital milk or water." She smiled. Luisiana nodded and started walking off with the tiny bird.

"Wait, don't go that way, I saw--"

"Birdie!!" Franklin squealed, running up and nearly colliding into Luisiana's leg. He hadn't noticed what a mess the bird was, and quickly started jumping up and down, reaching in vain for the other's hands.

Luisiana nearly managing to keep the bird from falling. "Franklin! Don't run into people like that! You could hurt people."

He wasn't paying attention, instead he was totally absorbed in that poor little bird.

"Birdie! Birdie!" he grinned excitedly and continued jumping.

Louisiene shook her head and frowned.
Luisiana side stepped past the little child as best he could. "Franklin you can't see the birdy. Trust me you don't want to see it."

"No! Wan' see!!" moving as quickly as he could without tumbling over his own little feet, Frankling jumped, catching onto Luisiana's pant leg around the knee as he strained his vision upwards until he saw the bloodied remains.

"OH." he frowned a little. "It's broken. Gon' fix it?"

"r-right" Luisiana said trying to shake off Franklin. "But you can't watch, stay here with Louisiene and SC okay?"

South Carolina knew where his nephew was drawing his ideas from, and hoped the kid would stop before he said something he shouldn't.

"Franklin...don't..." he looked like he was going to puke or something, with a hand covering his eyes.
